Hubby not a suit type of guy but had to for a special occasion, staff at frank Casey made him feel comfortable and special as well as their hire prices are pretty reasonable.

These guys were brilliant for our wedding! My now husband left the organizing of the suits very late and was very picky about colour. Frank Casey were so incredibly helpful! They were quick to respond, the suits were excellent quality and very reasonably priced. One of the groomsmen never got me his measurements and so Rachel managed to guess accurately from photos, the grooms party looked great. You can trust these guys to be onto it, they were so good to us!

I hired a suit for a black tie function and got a quality suit in excellent condition. Professional, reliable and friendly service, I couldn't fault these guys.

Had to grab a suit on the same day for an event and wasn’t sure what I wanted, as none of my own suits made me feel confident. The lovely lady who helped me was fantastic—she gave me several options and assisted me in finding the perfect suit. I left the store feeling very happy, both with the great service and the great suit. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name to give her the recognition she deserves, but she was amazing! A lady by the name of Rachel assisted us. Talk about professionalism! She knows everything!!! Just give her your idea and watch her work! In and out in 30 mins, and prices are so decent, too .

I went to Frank Casey looking to hire a suit for my first Uni ball, completely unaware and clueless of what suit to pick and came out with the exact style and fit of suit I wanted. This is all thanks to one of their great workers by the name of Tristan. He provided the best possible service a customer could ask for and it is likely the next time I plan on hiring or buying a suit I'll be hittin up that store. Any teens looking to get a suit hoping for someone that will cater to your needs, is patient and chill definitely come to this store and ask for Tristan, 10/10 great customer service.

The suits look brand new and classy and are tailored to fit perfectly. The fabric and design were first class. I rented a tuxedo for my son's high school ball and he got an award in the category of best dressed. My son had the best time of his life because you made him look like a vip and feel like a vip not only with your product but also your excellent customer service. Thanks a million!

I got the groomsmen suits here for my wedding in 2022, good service and seems to be one of a few suit rental companies operating post Covid. Must have been their great service and reputation that saved them during these troubled times. Highly recommended!

Rachel and the team at Frank Casey are fantastic. I emailed her from the UK several months before our wedding here in Auckland and she was super helpful throughout the whole process. Even when I messed up the order and didn't arrange white shirts, or the right ties, Rachel and the team were more than obliging and helped make everything perfect. My brother and I went in today last minute just before they were closing, they graciously accepted us and gave us the full works, Hugo's attention to detail and professionalism was unparalleled compared to the 4 other establishments we went to prior. Excellent selection also, highly recommend and if possible ask for Hugo, you won't be disappointed.

Hugo was really helpful and insightful. Found the suits we were after and provided a fantastic service in comparison to Rembrandt and barkers.

Back second year on a row for ball suit hire. Made it easy, just ordered same size over phone, let us bring back a little late same day thanks to a broken car without any fuss. Thx!

I would like to let you know of some excellent customer service a received from your Newmarket store last week. 

I had an awards night on Saturday and in true me fashion had left it to the last minute to source my accessories for the evening! The main one being a Champagne gold self tie, bow tie. I called up your store on Thursday late afternoon and was assisted by Rachel (unfortunately I didn't get her last name). 

Rachel told me that there was not one in stock and she would follow up with your supplier and get back to me inside an hour, she did this! In-fact she had managed to find an appropriate tie, she forwarded me a picture via email to ensure I was happy with her find. Rachel ensured it was put on a next day courier delivery and i had it in my possession by Saturday morning. 

I have never used your stores before; however i was made to feel valued, important and looked after. i can not praise Rachel's services enough!

I just wanted to email today how happy we are with the service we received We had spent all day looking for and trying on suits for our wedding in 5 months time. A range of hire places and shops to possibly buy, many of whom didn't careless or listen to what we wanted. We came to Frank Casey last after a long day looking around, with a very tired 8 month old baby in tow!! The gentleman who served us was amazing, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, fast and efficient, knew what he was talking about! It was the best service we had all day and he nailed it with what we wanted!! He is an absolute asset to your company and we feel so comfortable we have made the right decision going with Frank Casey! We look look forward to coming back in with the groomsmen and our almost 3 year old son for a fitting. Thanks again, we are beyond happy with the amazing service and the suit we are hiring is spot on!!!

Absolutely fantastic staff. They took good care of us and answered all our questions, and in the end, we were able to find a tux that made my husband look and feel hot. Added bonus: a bucket of toys to amuse the kids.

Popped in this morning to have a suit fitted for a wedding this afternoon. Jazz was extremely helpful in picking out pants, waistcoat, bow tie and a shirt. She knew exactly what colours suited me. I was in and out within 20 minutes and walked out a very happy customer. I will definitely recommend Frank Casey to friends and family. As someone who works extensively in customer service, it's always a pleasure to experience quality customer service from someone who knows their product and is willing to go the extra mile.

On Wednesday 30^th December a group of us came in to hire suits for a wedding on the 11^th of January.  The young woman (Emma) who looked after us was a super star.  Not only did she help us find exactly what we need and provide us with excellent customer service, but the way she confidently negotiated the state of the father of the groom was outstanding.  The father of the groom is in pretty bad shape as he has terminal cancer.   He has a morphine pump and multiple lure sites as well as issues with mobility and the woman who served us deftly maneuvered around all of these issues whilst helping him with his suit sizing and trying on as if she’d done it a thousand times before and there was nothing out of the ordinary.  The confident way she dealt with this was such a blessing for us as a group. There was no fuss made of any of it.  I would like to say a heartfelt thanks for normalising our experience even though was potentially actually quite nerve wrecking for you.  And for making us feel totally welcome and completely ordinary.

To whom it may concern. I have just been to your Newmarket store looking for advice and to hire a suit for my upcoming wedding. I was very nervous at this prospect as it is completely out of my comfort zone. Upon arrival I was greeted in a very friendly manner and was put at ease straight away. The lady who served me (Rachel) was very professional an thoroughly knowledgeable with what would work with my shape. I was so comfortable and VERY VERY happy with the choices she and I made. Last year, ball season I got my suit from Frank Casey Takapuna. I got taken to the Newmarket branch this year and was greeted and helped by Joanna. She gave the best service I have ever had, she was super friendly, easy to get along with and allowed me to take my time trying out different combos and encouraged me to take my time deciding. She helped me pick out a suit I loved and tried her best to fill my request on bow ties/pocket square particulars. I ended up having an amazing ball and winning ball king thanks to Jo and her amazing assistance! I would gladly travel from where I live to Newmarket just to receive service like Jo's!

Just want to say Jo from the Newmarket branch is such an awesome staff member!! I came in during lunchtime in a rush to sort out hiring a suit for the weekend and she was the friendliest, most genuine and helpful staff I've seen for a very long time - not just within suit hiring industry but in Auckland as a whole. She was very thorough in every measurement detail and helped me decide what looked the best, she didn't get annoyed when I couldn't make up my mind..

I wanted to send an email to say thank you so much for all your help with the suit hire for my wedding on July 20th. We had an amazing day, and everyone looked really good in their suits.

Thank you also for the quick turn around on the adjustments that were required following the final fittings for some of my groomsmen. The entire hiring process was very easy, which I appreciated given that none of us currently live in Auckland so we were not able to try on our suits until we came into the store to pick them up. I would definitely recommend Frank Casey to any of my friends who are looking to hire suits for their weddings.
